With love comes care and passion, ingredients that are found in our fresh Bennati pasta together with the first class raw materials from our territory. Certified eggs, superior wheat for a high quality semolina, and the best gourmet fillings. We have been using these ingredients for over half a century to create our own little works of art.

Our pasta is named after our family, Bennati. It all began with the passion of grandpa Ottavio and grandma Marisa. This passion was then passed down from father to son, brothers and sisters, for more than half a century. Today it is the grandchildren who are bringing forth the artisanal excellence of the fresh Bennati pasta and delivering them to the kitchens of great Italian and international restaurants, from Verona to overseas.

In the 60’s grandma Marisa would make her hand made pasta and grandpa Ottavia would deliver it to the surrounding neighborhoods aboard his vespa. Today fresh Bennati pasta crosses borders and oceans and arrives to those with the most demanding palates: from the kitchens of the best restaurants to the tables of authentic Italian cuisine lovers all over the world.
