Tasty and traditional fillings

Rich, creamy, melt in your mouth: our fillings have noticeable character. This is thanks to the raw materials that we select exclusively from local suppliers, giving priority to tradition and appellation: from donkey stew to Monte Veronese D.O.P. (Denominazione di Origine Protetta o protected designation of origin), from Prosciutto and Piave D.O.P. to Taleggio with sweet Soave flavored pear, from the Custoza Broccoletto in collaboration with Slow Food, to the finest truffle of the Appennines, to meat and fish. Some examples of our fillings are ‘Renga de Parona’ with herring, a traditonal Veronese recipe, and pumpkin, amaretto and chutney, which is instead a typical Mantovan recipe.

The Bennati stuffed egg pasta is a stronghold in the Italian gastronomy. Our artisanal gem is our tortellini, made by hand one at a time as tradition. For lovers of a particularly rich and generous filling we have the double layered ravioli, big in dimension and flavor.
